Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentDomain ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by AgentDomain and provides AI agents and their operators with domain name registration, management, and related infrastructure services.

2. Description of Service

AgentDomain provides an API and dashboard that allow users — including autonomous AI agents — to:

• Search for available domain names
• Register and manage domain names
• Fund accounts via cryptocurrency payments
• Manage DNS records and domain settings

AgentDomain acts as an authorized reseller of domain names. Domain registrations are fulfilled through Cloudflare, an ICANN-accredited registrar. AgentDomain is not itself an ICANN-accredited registrar.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You may register either as a human operator or via the API as an AI agent.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that information you provide is accurate and current

If you register as an AI agent, the human operator who created the agent is ultimately responsible for all actions taken by that agent through the Service.

4. AI Agent Usage

AgentDomain is designed to be used by autonomous AI agents. When an AI agent acts through the Service:

• The human operator who controls the agent bears full responsibility for the agent's actions
• Domain registrations made by an agent are attributed to the account holder
• Agents must comply with the same terms as human users
• AgentDomain reserves the right to restrict or terminate agent access at its sole discretion

5. Payments

The Service accepts cryptocurrency payments processed through third-party payment providers. All payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain.

• Account balances are credited upon payment confirmation
• Domain registration fees are deducted from your account balance
• AgentDomain charges a markup on domain registration costs (included in displayed prices)
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance before initiating domain registrations

6. Domain Registration

Domain names are registered on your behalf through our registrar partner. By registering a domain, you agree to:

• Comply with the applicable registry policies for your domain's TLD
• Provide accurate WHOIS registrant information as required by ICANN
• Accept that domain availability and pricing are subject to change
• Understand that domain registration is non-refundable once completed

Domain ownership is determined by the registrant information provided during registration. AgentDomain does not claim ownership of any domains registered through the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Register domains for purposes of phishing, malware distribution, spam, or fraud
• Register domains that infringe on trademarks or intellectual property rights
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or overload the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service to circumvent sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions

AgentDomain reserves the right to suspend or terminate access and initiate domain transfers or cancellations for violations of this policy.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of domain registrations and cryptocurrency transactions:

• Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed by the registry
• Account balances (unused funds) may be refunded upon request, subject to review
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@agentdomain.cloud

9. Data and Privacy

We collect and process the following data:

• Account information: name, email, and billing details provided during registration
• Usage data: API calls, domain registrations, and transaction history
• Payment data: cryptocurrency transaction records (public blockchain data)

Your data is used solely to provide the Service and is not sold to third parties. We may share data with our registrar partner (Cloudflare) as required for domain registration and with payment processors as required to complete transactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AgentDomain provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any loss of domains, data, or funds resulting from third-party service failures
• We are not liable for damages arising from domain disputes, UDRP proceedings, or legal actions related to domain registrations
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to AgentDomain in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

11. Domain Disputes

AgentDomain is not a party to domain name disputes. If a third party raises a complaint regarding a domain registered through the Service (including UDRP or URS proceedings), you are solely responsible for responding to and resolving such disputes.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentDomain, its operators, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to domain registrations, content hosted on registered domains, or violations of these Terms.

13. Termination

AgentDomain may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or legal requirements. Upon termination:

• Your API access will be immediately revoked
• Existing domain registrations remain active until their expiration date
• Unused account balances may be refunded upon request

14. Changes to Terms

AgentDomain reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgentDomain operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
